How to use this application:
This application is a demonstration of the online version of the GAIN-Short Screener. Once you have logged in, there will be 3 links. The first link, "Administer the GAIN-Short Screener", is the page that staff would go to in order to conduct the assessment. on a client. The second link, "View/Edit an Assessment in the system", is the page that staff would use to view the reports and responses for existing asssessments and allows staff the ability to edit existing assessments. Staff can search assessments by XPID, ClientId, Site Id, or name and/or date range.

The third link, "Self administration of GAIN Short Screener", is on this logon page solely for the demonstration purposes. This is the "public access" page that users would be directed to for self-assessment, and would not be behind the login screen, but would be available on the public access section of the website.
